Most of our products do not require a serial activation number and you only need to enter the download code to download your product(s) using the Zero-G Download Manager.
Your download code will have been emailed to you after successful purchase. If you would like us to resend your download code, please email us at support@zero-g.co.uk
However, we do have a selection of products that require a serial activation number and this will be the same as the download code. So, the download code which you need to download your product(s) will also be your serial activation number.
