On 15th October 2025, Zero-G switched from using the Conduct Download Manager to the Pulse Downloader so any orders placed before this time will have been available through the Conduct Download Manager.
To access your previous orders in the Pulse Downloader, all you will need to do is copy the Conduct download code sent to you by email when you placed your order and paste it into the Pulse Downloader (yes that's right, the same code!). If you search for 'Zero-G Download' in your email inbox, you should be able to find your previous orders and the Conduct download codes associated with them.
If there are any libraries that you can't find your download code for, simply email us at support@zerog-shop.reamaze.com with the name(s) of the library or libraries you are missing and we'll get back in touch with your download code!
If you have purchased any kind of bundle from us, excluding the Ethera & Elements bundles, then you will need to add the individual Conduct codes for each product in the bundle to Pulse, instead of the entire bundle code.
