After you have completed a successful purchase on the Zero-G website, you will instantly receive an email containing instructions on how to download your product using the Conduct Library Manager.
If you have not received the email, please be sure to check your spam/junk folder as sometimes the email can go in there.
This issue can also happen when you have entered an incorrect email when you purchased the product.
